My courier tracker confirmed me that they received my parcel on 17th march 2014. After that i didn't get any response from CIC. I dont know that they have encashed my draft or not? And how much time require for medical?

You wldnt get any notification after submitting rprf , you really dont need to know if the rprf has been encashed, just go on with the CSE to your visa office ,on your medical request,i sure know you will get your medical request soonest.,

I have a friend in Manitoba who is ready to nominate/referred as friend for my PNP application but he also doing PR for his mother in law?
Can he still be able to nominate me for MPNP? I heard that friend/relative should not sponsor any other candidate but I am not sure about it.

Nope, its just an inquiry, so dont worry ok...send your mail to them know why your medical request is been delayed....

i sent CSE to my visa office, january ... n i got my PPR by Feb, .....

Your friend can sponsor one person under general (friend), plus any number of family members at the same time, provided he/she has the level of support resources that can allow him to do so!

So the answer to your question is, yes, you can be sponsored at the same time as the mother-in-law is being sponsored!
