Is there any case that they send LOA with no interview for both applicant and sponsor , GS?

I have applied in December 2012, MPNP General Stream. Received AOR on dated 13 June 2013. After passing 15 months, I put an enquiry to MPNP supporter on dated 14, February 2014. They sent the answer of my mail as under :

The application has been received and is placed in queue for
assessment. Once a decision has been made the applicant will receive
notification in writing of the outcome.

Please, tell me how long would I wait for interview and LOA.

I would be applying for PR under Provincial nominee program. Just need to know do we need to provide educational documents to CIC as in the checklist it is not mentioned.

Am I eligible to apply for MPNP( under NOC 2174) ? Is this score sufficient to proceed? If not, under which NOC code I will be eligible?

I submitted my MPNP apps Dec 29, 2012, sponsor interview May 8, 2013, Loa dated May 16, 2013, PR application received in CIO on July 3, 2013. I had my medical done, ECAS update latest was In Process currently waiting for PPR, all additional documents has been submitted feb 2014.

Just having difficulty tracking it back...can anyone advice how to so it when paying theu bank...i went to bdo
Yatrday to request for bank draft to pay for $490 cad$ but acx to them i shld have dollar acct whch i dont have.kindly advice thanks

My application for MPNP has been moved to COLOMBO from NEW DELHI today (03.03.2014).

What would be the implications/effects of this move?
In how much time would i get the MEDICAL REQUEST & finally visa?
Will the overall processing time increase or decrease?

I humbly request you to please suggest & reply. I highly appreciate your response in advance.

My file details are as follows -

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012).
Got my LOA 23.06.2013.
My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.

I bought manager's Check in Peso payable to Embassy of Canada in Manila.
(since you mentioned BDO, I assume you are in Philippines, correct me if I am wrong)

Im also a Dec.2012 applicant under GS. My friend submitted my application directly to Mpnp office in Manitoba.
April 2013 i got my AOR. Havent heard any from them. Still waiting for sponsor interview and LOA.
May i know which country are you from? Im from Manila phils.
