i got LOA may 2012

i got delhi embassy letter that wait for 6 months.....in november 2012

but now 12 months passed no responce frm embassy........

not even medical..............


what can we do......we also mailed them june month but no reply..

congratulaions kidlat! I hope you dont mind me asking. When was your visa issued? Was it after the day after DM or the day before they sent out your passports? We had our DM status on 11/8 so hopefully we are on the same boat.

guys immigration required us to submit NBI clearance, our residence address is Cavite Philippines and currently my husband is in Ilocos Norte Philippines, can he get NBI in ilocos and send it to me so I can submit it to immigration? thanks...

In my opinion, I think you can. NBI is central government, so it doesn't matter where you get your NBI. I also live in Cavite, Philippines but I took my NBI at Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Yes. Any NBI clearances issued by any accredited NBI pilot centers all over the Philippines are all valid and official.
