I'm new here and so sorry for the questions. I currently dont have relatives in manitoba and may or may not find friends in manitoba, which leaves me with the strategic initiative/ explorative visits ( are they the same).

I'm not from a visa exempt country, is there another way that i can just be interviewed by an immigration officer in a nearby immigration office?

June 29, 2012 received application number
July 1, 2012 relatives from manitoba received the sp2 that they need to fill up
July 13, 2012 my relatives email docs to the mpnp office

Now, im waiting for the next step. Do anyone know or can help me what would be the next step? Thanks and God speed to all of us!!!

First of all, I'd like to say congratulations to those who have received their AORs Second, i wish goodluck for March applicants and for all applicants for that matter, that are about to receive their AORs these coming weeks/months

My friend in Winnipeg will submit our application this Friday...I hope everything goes well too with our MPNP application (with God's help).

I just had one concern that's really bugging me...our principal sponsor is currently working in Alberta but his whole family and relatives are in Winnipeg and one of her sisters will co-sponsor us...he said that even he's working in Alberta, he still a resident in Winnipeg and still paying tax in Manitoba.

Do you think this will have negative impact in our application since our friend is working in Alberta?

hi, i just want to know my auntie went to the mpnp office and as per the receptionist no need to submit hardcopy of my requirements. Do I need to submit the hardcopy or the uploaded reqts on line is enough? please enlighten me. many thanks!

For online applicants, you just need to send scanned copies (from original) of your documents.

Online is 3 to 4 time faster then applying by mail.

I believe its not that late please visit the office again and mention this that you want to apply online. As they prefer applications to be submitted online.

Dont delay else this way you are adding for sure 6 months delay in your application.

Approval Received : July 8, 2011
Interviewed (Sponsor) : Nov 11, 2011
Received request for Orig Docs ecember 6, 2011
Submitted Final Docs : March 28, 2012
AOR-CEM : July 15, 2012

He might have his medical done this July. Yehey!!
