please i need a fast responses to this enquiry. my support disclosed to me now that i have to pay Application for permanent residence and right of permanent residence fee together upon submission of my application. Please seniors can you confirm that to be truth. Cos from what i could get from the Guide(The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested at a later stage if your application is approved.

Its upto you. You can either pay it now or later when CIC requests. Application for PR fee is always due when you send an application but Right of PR fee will be due before you get your PR.
Mostly people pay it upfront to save some processing time.
May I know which courier will be the best to send CIC application package. I will send my application to CIO from Beijing. Another thing is that, I and my spouse applied for the PCC from Japan and it will take 2.5 months to get the PCC from Japan. Shall I include an explanation letter or any documents showing I applied for the PCC and later when I receive I will send it to CIO of VO. Kindly suggest me. Any expert comment are highly appreciated.

Though i used DHL, but later i learned that DHL use third party courier for delivery package in some area in Canda, Sydney NS is one of them. It took more than 7 days to deliver my application package. You better use Fedex or UPS.
I included my PCC with the application package initially. You may forward application package without PCC initially and provide later when you receive your file number. However, i suggest you to please take advise of forum member who send PCC later and go through CIC website regarding PCC.
I received my medical exam early Aug and my exam results has been uploaded to CIC on 7th Aug. But so far i dont see MER on online staus? Anyone has the same situation?
