(1) my wife is manitoba living in province since last two years,she can sponsor her husband under family class and her real unmarried brother under MPNP skilled worker category same time or not.?means she can apply/sponsor but in different category ( one under spouse family class and other in MPNP skilled class) at the same time to both of us ( husband & real brother).
