Dear all,
I have filed my PR application via Express entry. Meanwhile I have also applied for few universities in Montreal. I know I cannot land in Montreal with my COPR (once I receive). However is there any time limit for which I need to stay in Toronto/Alberta, before I can move to Quebec?
Or Can I land in Toronto/Alberta, stay there for a week, finish all PR Processes, give my friend's address in Toronto and move to Quebec next week?
If I move to Quebec in a week's time? Will I be eligible for the Quebec Health insurance and other Quebec province related facilities?
ANy help on this regard is highly appreciated.
