I am planning on moving my stuffs from Detroit to Toronto after 2 months from soft landing via a Rental truck. Can I move all by belongings by myself via land border? Where should I produce the Goods to Follow list? How will the customs check what's in my truck?

Yes, you can. You should expect that CBSA will open the truck and, perhaps depending on how full the truck is, may go through everything to compare with your Goods to Follow paperwork.
