I’m living here in USA Out of status since i came here from 2015. I have a visa till July 2020... Now I’m planning to get marry to Canadian PR , My girlfriend is still in India and preparing for IELTS and she is going to apply for Express entry, so my question is that, Can we get marry in US and she sponsored me from Canada so i can move US to Canada after processing! Or i have to have go back My home country for further process!
