Hi. I'm looking for people's experiences of ECA providers so that I can decide on which to use and then get onto it asap. The estimated processing time for Toronto has increased by two weeks in the 12 hours since I first looked (!) but the speedier WES option hasn't always had the best reviews. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I used WES, I expected a 20+ day processing time after I received the email confirming they had received all necessary documents but I actually received my report completion notice after 2 days and then the next day I received my physical report in the mail.
I received an update stating they had received all the docs on December 19th, then a notice that it was completed on December 22nd and finally received my physical report the day after, December 23rd.
Well that's pretty good, and helps me make a decision - thanks again.
On a wider point - would anyone be able to advise on whether I need to pursue my transcripts for my undergraduate and masters degrees, or will a letter of confirmation of my completed PhD suffice?
