Hello. My name is nikolla nikolli and i am a 20 years old male from albania. Since childhood i wanted to immigrate to canada . My english knowledge right now is not very good but if i practice more i am sure that i can score 6.0 at all ielts academic disciplines. I do not have enough money to apply for a student visa so is there any way for me to immigrate to canada with low costs?
There's really no low cost way. Immigration always requires that you have funds available to establish yourself. For example, if you apply through Express Entry, you will need to have at least $12,300 in available funds.

Unlikely as you can only work 20 hours a week and probably only for minimum wage but you need between 15-18000 cdn for fees and 10000 cdn living per year.
No - you won't be to cover your college tuition by working in Canada while you study. You're only allowed to work 20 hours per week while you study and will be making minimum wage. This is enough to cover some of your living expenses - but not all of your living expenses or tuition. You need to bring enough money with you to Canada to cover these expenses.
It's highly unlikely you'll be able to secure a job as a foreign worker. This tends to be extremely difficult to do since the employer has to obtain something called an LMIA which takes months of processing time, costs the employer quite a bit of money, and requires the employer to advertise the job to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. You can certainly try - but be aware that the vast majority of employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process.
I would recommend that you instead look at getting a few years of work experience and higher education so that you can qualify to immigrate.
