Thank you. we are really happy
We got married in Morocco November 23/2022
then i came back to canada did the spousal sponser on Jan 27/2023
also visistation visa for him to come to canada
and was approved in April/2023
came to canada on June 9/2023 till october 25/2023
He did everything in morocco body check, fingers print, police check. I think it was in March or April/2023 We just communicated back and forth with the lawyer.. yes we did hired an immigration lawyer. that help us alot better. avoid something is missing and get refused. but also cost alot of money too.
then November 14/2023 requested my husband for interview in Morocco
and November 15/2023 a day after the interview PR approval letter. that was it.
now we are doing a virtual landing since he was here. my lawyer will handle everything for us. he needs to set up a portal and will send him the COPR letter and our lawyer say the PR card will take 2.5 to 3 months to process.
we did the outland sponser but got his visitation visa approved and Hes in canada and now we do a virtual landing in Canada instead of going back to Morocco. Going back to Morocco and do the airport landing and immigration is not going to be any faster. still PR takes 3 months to process. so yeah its going pretty smoothly with my husband. only take 10.5 months and everything is ok.
