I would like to know that to claim full points (i.e. 21 points) for FSW3 visa, the total no. of experience (i.e. < 4 years) should be in the same field under which we apply? Here I mean to say that if I have 1 year of experience in NOC xxx1 field and 2 years of experience in NOC xxx2 and 2+ years of experience in another NOC xxx3. So may it be possible to get that 21 points with that kind of experience?
2. If your application is eligible for processing, you must also meet the following minimum requirements to qualify as a skilled worker:
* you have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time continuous employment, AND
* your work experience must be Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list, AND
* you must have had this experience within the last 10 years.
So long as your fours plus experience is within any Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades) on the Canadian National Occupational Classification list you can claim 21points.

But what if I have 2+ years of experience in the field which comes under 38 occupational category list and rest of the 2 years of previous experience is still under Skill type O,A,B but not under the 38 occupational category list? So Still I can get 21 points?
Barsindoo have given you correct answer
You will get 21 points for the fact which you have stated above. Do not worry and make sure your other NOC (Apart from the 38 list) falls under the Skill Type 0, A or B as others said.
I also want to assure the OP that Barsindoo's reply is accurate. You need to fulfill two different requirements. One of those is that you must have at least one year of experience in a job on the ministerial list (you have done that, check). The other is points. For points, you can get up to 21 point for work done in skill type 0,A or B even if it is not in the ministerial list. If you have four years of experience in jobs that are in skill type 0, A or B, then you get 21 points.
