I got my Portal 2 on Sep 18th, still no Ecopr or something else, the portal says "reviewed by IRCC".

Until today, there is nothing....VO Montreal, and.... of course, SAD!!

Replied to portal on Sept 11 been 5 weeks today and still nothing! Montreal VO ofcourse!

Did you get any news on your side ? I still have nothing. If any other person from this sub who was portal 2 begining of September recently had news regarding copr don't hesitate to tell me , I'm getting pissed honestly, 5 weeks and counting ...
