I also live in NL and I used a PO box address. I got COPR on Jan 24th but no one asked for any address changes. How did they ask you to change the address? Is it a mail box at Canada Post office or a community mail box?
Hi Bro, I heard that a PO BOX willl not accepted by IRCC, I also was asked to change my initial address with a PO Box. Btw, what do you mean by "live in NL"? I live in an apartment, actually we don't have a mailbox, but consider that Amazon and UPS can deliver parcels in, I changed my PO Box address to my apartment address, I hope the postman would call me when the PR cards arrive.

Did they tell you to change it in the portal or send them an email response with the new mailing address? What email address did the request come from?

I just revised my home address to Portal, after submitted the edit, an automatic confirmation letter will sent to you. the portal will showing a reminder for you to edit address if they ask to, otherwise there won't be any editable button for you to change address.

Is your husband inland and are the dependents outland? If everyone was inland and he submitted the portal request for everyone on his account, then you all should have gotten it with his.

yes, we are all inland, but he was the only one who received the ECOPR document, we checked the portal, but only appear his ECOPR, the other dependant has the same status, in the document we all appear listed as a dependent; what should I do, wait for a few days, and then send an email asking them what happened with the rest?
Another question, where can I check in the portal the ECOPR number or does the account has to be linked to the GC account to see it?

On his portal, is there a separate tab for all the dependents? One for him, you, and others? If yes, then you probably should give them a call. When the original application was submitted were you and the others listed as a dependent or were you added after submission?

yes, we all are in the same application from the beginning, we all have a different tab, but we all appear in the review stage, only my husband got the ECOPR to download. Can you tell me the number that I contact them directly please, I would really appreciate it; I'm getting worried about this.

There is no direct number. You can call the usual IRCC contact line 1-888-242-2100 or you can send an email to the portal address and ask about the dependents COPR. The email that sent you the PR approval message and your husband responded to it.

Thanks for your response, my husband calls IRCC we waited like 45 minutes to get thru an agent; they answered that we have to wait for the applications for the dependants is been processing.
Do you know any email that I can ask them to? just in case I don't have any response in this week.
