On website they are saying that processing time for new pr card is 26 days!

are this 26 days count the moment when we submit details for p2 or after we receive ecopr?

I want to know the answer to this too.
i was guessing it is from ecopr but may be wrong

Should be 26 days from the date you get the confirmation of PR.
That's the date you are considered eligible for the card. I guess..

I got my Portal Request 1 on Sep 17 and still waiting for the Portal Request 2. It’s been 10 days, is it normal? If so how long is the usual timeline for the Portal 2 request for the Montreal VO.

It usually takes about 14-15 days, but if you’re lucky you can get earlier as well!
