How to call them? I have the number but I don't know which option to select one the Phone is picked. I always choose wrong one and get no help.

I called ircc . They said we can not confirm if ur portal 1 response has been received or not . You can only wait .

That is reason. The answers from them is very inconsistent. One of my friend called and they were able to provide him the information about the Portal Confirmation but not you and me.
