How many days after portal 1 can I email all portal offices ？

Nov 20- waiting. Some received it within 3 weeks. But no clue whats going on.

My copr expiry date shows as Feb , 29 2024 in application status tracker.

I sent portal 1 reply email on the same day I received it and only once with including my dependent details on the same email. Do I need to send it again?
Am little worried as it is getting delayed.

Congratulations! I have sent to all VO twice now. Got my MP on the case, called and sent web forms and still no P2! P1 was Dec 8th
