Called cic last week to ask about the delay in oath, they don't give a straight answer and try to bullshit you. Basically they said don't expect any news soon. I think they are on vacation... DM since June.

Finally, Decision Made this morning !, but still no Oath.
Thank you my god, it has been more than a year of waiting, and now another waiting game for the Oath.....Hopefully soon...Everything has a time under the sky.

Thanks for i formations. We have the same time line. But the problem there's in Montreal some applicant with the same time line and received their path invitation

That's exactly what I asked them, and they said oath invitation doesn't depend on the DM date or AOR. Obviously they were trying to bullshit me :-/
