I got it!! Feb 8 in Montreal.

Unfortunately, 2 weeks notice is SUPER UNREASONABLE and I am supposed to be out if the country. I am so upset. I will need to cut short a trip and pay for another flight now. They can make me wait 3 months past DM, and I have 2 weeks to rearrange my life.

Am not here to judge nor to preach but you shouldve advise them that you’ll be planning to leave the country during DM-Oath period so they can manage and arrange you another date after you come back and you won’t be obliged to pay extra money!!

I've been waiting 3 months for an oath date. I got DM on Oct 24, no invite until Jan 21, and 2.5 weeks notice to appear. Doesn't really seem fair.... I also don't believe that they consider a trip to Florida to visit an elderly relative as a 'valid' reason to miss the ceremony.

As much as I know, You can reschedule for any reason you want... You don’t submit a reschedule request and wait for the approval...

I had the test ast Monday in Montreal and the immigration agent told me they need 2 to 3 months to complete the evaluation of the application and then 6 months to Oath.
