You are going to drive yourselves crazy! It is like watching paint dry, that type of paint that kind of never gets fully dry. You have to find some distraction: live your life as if this wasn't happening, make the plans that you have to make and deal with the oath when you get the date.

Hello All,

Below are my details for Citizenship Application.

I immigrated to Canada in May 2012. Got my PR in Feb 2013. My job requires me to travel all around the world, so had 150 lines of absent (appox 300 days of absent). However, with 3/5 rule, I had 200+ days more than qualifying days.

Processing Center: Montreal
Application Sent: 10/11/2017
Application Received: 10/16/2017
AOR: 11/23/2017
IP: 12/05/2017
Received Residency Questioner and FP: 02/12/2018
Sent RQ and FP: 03/03/2018
Delivered RQ and FP: 03/06/2018
Citizenship Test Date: 05/29/2018

The test was super easy (20/20), however, the interview lasted 45 mins. The IRCC officer verified all documents submitted with my RQ. Since I was able to produce all relevant documents, the officer was satisfied verifying all documents.

Waiting for DM and Oath.
