I am not sure but I think it was after March 8th as I received the document list on the 23rd that same Month.

I believe I had 67 points but I am not 100% certain of that number. =/ (This is calculated based on the grid after march 8th)

CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT GRID MIDI HAD APPLIED TO YOUR APPLICATION? BEFORE MAR 08TH 2017 OR AFTER? AND HOW MANY POINTS YOU HAVE GOT?

Applied on 6 Feb, 2017 and till now, no updates. Horrible system, horrible province, horrible job market is all I can say about Quebec.

I think the problem is so many people without french have applied from countries like China and India that they put a hold for a while.

Even for PEQ they started interviewing students to test their French! See if it's really B2 or not.

Thankfully I left that dump and got ITA on express entry.

Thank you for your information. There are so many people in take Jun & Aug 2016 were affected by this new weight grid including me. But we don't know how to improve score and plan can't plan any for present circumstance.

Same situation here. I applied Dec 2016, updated my information once about 50 days ago, and still no news from MIDI. So as you said, it does not matter if we call or not?

I am JAN17 applicant and with new rules I am short by 2 points, I dont know MIDI will apply new rules or old rules on my application !!!
BTW do they send Intent of rejection for Mon-project-Cap-exempt applicants before making final decision??

I submitted my application on 17th Dec 2016. I was in Montreal then, now i am in India and i modified my address accordingly. I received document checklist and then I realized that the date for my wife's graduation is wrongly entered. i am not able to get satisfactory answers over emails.
What should i do now?

Chillax. Just send them all the documents along with cover letter mentioning that your wife's date of graduation is incorrect. You have to make sure that following details of each family member is correct: First Name, Last Name, Sex and Graduation Degree ( for ex - Electronic and Communications Engg.)

Other details will be used for points calculation and verification but won't appear on the CSQ issued by MIDI.

No. PCC is required only at Federal Stage.
