I too Received intention of reject on Aug 30,2016 and applied on Feb 18,2016. I updated documents on Sept2,2016 and still whenever I call they say the Application Under Processing even after 6 months.

Has anyone who applied using Mon Project has received the CSQ after updating the documents of Intention Of Rhection ?

It seems that the inland applicants have a slower speed for MR request, compared with the applicants in French, Hong kong......I konw most of them who got the UCI before the 21, Jan. have got the ME request. :-\, it seems that we still need a long time... :-\

This is something that's out of your control. Applicants from Mexico visa office get PR 3-4 months faster than inland applicants.
