Just called them, they told me to be patient, as it might take several weeks to make a decision... I dropped the certified copy in their office, but she didn't know that I sent it. I don't have a good feeling about it.

It take like a week for them to add any paper to your file.

In between , I just called MIDI and was told that my application was accepted and CSQ was issued on 6th Sept.

Thanks Contextaa. It could be possible that set of MIDI workers that process applications of temporary workers ( non-quebec grads) might be relatively less stretched out as compared to MIDI workers processing quebec graduate applications.
