Hi,

I have Post graduate open work permit. If My employer will apply for validate job offer ,then is there any problem with my open work permit?

Do i need to issued a new closed work permit after validate job offer or i can work with my same open work permit.

The procedure to renew work permit in quebec without CSQ is very complex,

1) You will need to apply CAQ for Work first
2) after CAQ is issued your employer need to create an account with CIC
3) Employer will need to post job opening in CIC account,
4) Employer will get a job number from CIC,
5) With Job number and CAQ you can apply for closed work permit.

however in your case validated job offer is just a document required to obtain closed work permit, its not mandatory to apply for closed work permit after validated job offer is issued

Note : If you do not apply for closed work permit with validated job offer in given dates by your employer your job offer will be revoked).

I have open work permit which is valid for 2 years. My employer is applying a validate job offer. If i validate job offer will approve then do i need to issue a new close work permit or i can work with same open work permit.

I have completed Bcom but whole experience into IT working as Network Engineer for 10 years. Will this different field be a problem? Will Quebec consider my education with my experience? Some people say it cant but some says it does not to be a problem. I am fully confused. Kindly suggest.

I am studying M.Ing in Montreal and applied in the regular skilled worker program on Jan 5, 2018. I need to know if they request the transcript of my master, as we have to apply at least after passing half of our credits.
is there anyone with the same condition?

i did my studies in Montreal and willing to apply for csq. My wife did bachelor from Pakistan (B.A). do i get any point for that? what would be area of training. BA is quite general in Pakistan she is enrolled in MA (international relation) but not completed yet..

If I am not wrong you will get it before me as your application date is earlier then mine, Just assuming .

I haven't seen any CSQ issued for 2017 applicants (except PEQ applicants)
