It wont be wise to call MIDI customer care to ask about critical things like this.
MIDI support people have no idea what they are talking about. Many of the people in this forum seems to disagree with me.
Looks like their cases were straight forward.
But many other's experiences in calling MIDI seems to agree with my opinion. (eg: vishalptl21)
MIDI customer support people have no real knowledge about your education credentials how the degrees are evaluated and all.
Do not base your case on their word of mouth.
