Mom Visitor extension refused

hello, my mom visitor visa extension was refused six months ago because we forgot to submit a medical so she went back home already. She is planning to come back, does she need a medical from our country or can she do it here if we submit an extension? Thank you

So they requested a medical and you guys didn't submit the medical is that why they refused the extension ? If she went back why would she needs an extension ? To answer your question yes she can do the medical in Canada if she requested an extension within Canada.

Hi, she went back home because her extension was refused last February 2023 because we did not submit medical exam. They requested medical exam 2 years ago 2019 on her first visit but she was not here anymore that time. She want to come back again, does she need to show a medical in the port of entry or she can do it here inside Canada once she comes back? Thank you

No she doesn't need a medical done. As long as she has valid Visit visa she can re enter. You will have to provide medical only if you're staying more then 6 months in Canada i.e like 2019 if you want to extend her stay. Hope this help.
