Hello ,

I created my Express entry profile with Spouse accompanying = No for a better score. I got PNP letter of invite.
I applied for PNP with Spouse accompanying as YES.

Can I update my Express entry profile to Spouse accompanying to YES now?
OR
Can I update my Express entry profile to Spouse accompanying to YES after getting the 600 points for PNP?
