Mistakes in eCOPRs

I have my 2 stepson who will not be accompanying us to canada there information is in the portal too I don't understand then my youngest daughter who is in canada they have my husband's name attached to her information what should I do? Whoever is not accompanying as this was stated on my application should I just leave those two and for my youngest daughter how would I get that information changed sigh

Hello @legalfalcon, we got our eCOPR but it was not uploaded in the portal properly as the document seems incomplete. Our names and the confirmation of PR with the logo are missing and at the bottom, no space for us to sign. We have been trying to reach IRCc to send us the complete CORP, but have not been successful. Please guide us how else we can get them to send us the properly scanned COPR?

@legalfalcon I have a question can you please help on my pr portal for my youngest daughter they have my husbands name attached to her information and then his name attached to his information (which is ok). What matters is what is on your COPR. However, if on the portal any information is incorrect, you can send a webform and point it out.

Have you tried calling or sending a web form?

It may take some time and you will have to wait. The best way is to call and get a note in your file.

Thank you dear I attached my daughters picture and did the declaration non the less I raised a web form and also sent email to the email I got the portal login credentials and the email the other email from asking to oconfirm my dependents and I are in canada. And I prayed about it. So all I can do now is wait. Once again thank you for your reply I really appreciate it

Hello @legalfalcon I also have this problem. My eCOPR is not uploaded correctly. The title of the document, my name and place for me to sign is cut off. I suppose Service Canada and provincial medical branch will not accept it? Please let me know if they’ll accept it if I attach my international when applying for new SIN as passport number shows there. It shows correct date of Birth and other info. I understand it’ll take 6 months to amend or reattach a new one. Thanks a lot

That will depend on Service Canada if they accept the document.

@ForUs2020 - Did you get reply for your webform? I have same issue for my ecopr which is cropped from top/bottom
