I (finally) got my PR card today after landing on September 20th, but they messed up the eye colour on the back!
The COPR letter I got when landing has my correct colour (brown), but for some reason the card has blue on it.
Should I send it back or is it even worth it? Is it likely that having the wrong eye colour might cause problems for me?
You can apply for a re-issue of your card, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/re-prcard.asp
If you are not certain that you want a new PR card issued, you should at least send a letter to the processing centre with a copy of your passport, COPR and PR card and ask them if it is necessary. Then you have done your duty to inform them of the mistake. If they do not think it's worth a re-issue, that is up to them. If they think it is, they will get back to you.
I would alert them to their mistake and send it back, perhaps ask for a refund in the fees if you paid for the card. Wrong info can be a big problem when travelling abroad using the card, say to the US. I hope they sort it out for you soon. Good luck.

Is this subject to the "existing permanent residents" waiting time now? I only JUST got the new card, it's a little disheartening to now see that I have to wait almost another 3 months for the card.
