Mistake in Letter

Dear Friends,

Pls advice .I have sent my application to New Delhi & was received by them. They sent me a letter that they have received my documents. But there is a mistake with my fathers name. They have wrongly put my wife's father name instead on my father name.They hv assigned me a new file number.

Example :

My name : Raj
Father name : Dev

Wife father name : Singh

They have made it

Raj
S/o Singh Pls advice.

Did u enter the information correctly in the application? If Yes then Send them an email explaining the issue ASAP.

Of course...seniors would have a better solution.

Your post is not very clear....
Where in their communication do they put the applicant's father's name?
Pls. elaborate....are they telling you about some error in your application or are you seeing one?

Dear ,

when i am checking the status of my file ..the mailing adress is correct but they have put my wife's father name as my father & it is also on the letter they have sent me regarding the receipt of my documents in Delhi.

My name is Raj
My father name is Dev

so it should be

Raj
S/o Dev ( Correct One )

My wife's father name is Singh
so they have made it
Raj
S/o Singh ( my wife's father name )

In my application it is correct. Raj S/o Dev

Send an e-mail to this re-delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and see if it helps. At least they will provide you correct e-mail id
