Mistake in COPR

Hello, I got my COPR last month and found a mistake. They swapped my photo with someone else, not only this they have also returned my pictures in the envelope along with 1 other photo of that lady. I raised the web form and it's been a month, I have not received any response from them. What should I do? Should I raise the web form again? because of this silly mistake, I can't travel to my husband. and how much time they take to reply?

Yes, I have. They said I did the right thing by raising a web form and only have to wait for their response.

I still remember my PGWP which issued in 2023 with same issue as well as expiry date took 2 months almost to fix this issue.

There are no know SLAs for these issues. Nor there's any reliable data for us to take a look at. Wait and watch is the realistic thing to do.
