Hello all forumites......need some help.....
I received PER mail on 25th feb, 2015 IST. In these mail my fathers name has been misspelled by only one letter missing. I called cic, their answer was to mail the scanned copy of passport and birth certificate to mail id of CIO from which i received per mail. Now the fact is PER mail contains a strong line that " any future communication or quries to this email adress will therefore not be answered".
Hence wat should i do ?
send your email at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. they reply in 60 days.

congrats on your PER, i had the same issue, it got corrected when my files passed to VO, i sent them an email and they fixed it, it took 2 to 3 weeks to get fixed.
