Need Help - Name Misspelled in Visa Rejection Letter

Hi Friends,

I received my student visa rejection letter on December 31, 2015.

My name has been misspelled in the visa rejection letter.
Letter 'H' is added in front of my name as 'HYUVARAJ'.

I am unable to get refund of my GIC funds from Scotiabank because of this typo error in my name.

I have been trying to reach CIC Delhi office regarding this through e-mail and by submitting case specific enquiries form for the past two and a half months. But still no positive response.

Is there any other way to get this resolved ?

Has anyone faced similar problem and got rectified ?

I need a new rejection letter with correct spelling of my name asap.

Please help me regarding this.
