Hang in there. Mississauga & Scarborough offices are super overloaded with applications. Look at my signature for my timeline. On the oath day, judge told us that in the months of April to July, they took 25500 oaths between these two offices, which is a huge number!

August 2018 applicant here too did test August 14th and still waiting for oath too...dont worry we r all in the same boat.

I assume there will be another delay for oaths as the test backlog moves to oath ceremony.
