Missing surname in Passport

Applying to renew my PR card. My spouse has a blank in the surname in her passport. Her full name appears in the Given Name field. This is obviously an issue with the way the passport was made, but there is little that can be done now. The PR Card for my spouse also seems to only have her entire name in the surname field.

The question now is how do we fill the online PR Card renewal form as it wont allow a blank in either the given name or the surname field. Anyone got any ideas?.

You can put XXX in the given name field.
