I am Bangladeshi Applicant. I have applied on July, 2013 for NOC-2174. It was failed to reach caps. But I didn't get my application package back. I have sent email to them and then they confirmed me that they had returned my package on 20, September, 2013. But I yet not received it. Why this happening.
My brothers, who get their application package back, please share idea what is the possibilities with my package? How can I found it. I am very worried as my WES,IELTS certificate and money as DD is there. I really need it.

If your haven't received package till date at your mailing address. In that case CIO,Nova Scotia is not responsible for your package as per their guidlines. So you to make an effort to get your documents.
In that case you have to en cash your Demand Draft with the photo copy of D.D. You will go to Bank they will encash your D.D.
Secondly for IELTS you firstly submit FIR report to Police Department.After then you send Appropriate fees for Duplicate IELTS, Photo Copy of IELTS & FIR report to British Council or IDP center. They will issue you Dublicate certificate.
For WES report your can issue ducblicate copy as paying appropriate fees to World Education Services.

Yes CIC is not responsible for my package now. They emailed me same thing. Thanx for your other suggestion. How can I find it it in my post office? any idea? any Bangladeshi vi?

CIC will take 20 working days to reply this type of email. I emailed them 25th December, 2013 and they replied me 23th January, 2014.
