Missing IRCC copy in eCoPR

Yesterday, I received the eCoPR but I only got Client Copy to download, IRCC copy is missing. Secondly, the barcodes are overlapping with number below it which makes the readability difficult. What should I do in this scenario?

we don’t need IRCC copy, client copy is enough

oh perfect thanks so much for the response. Btw, my eCopr has the officer's digital signature and the date. Is that okay for we need the fresh ink signature do you have any idea?

Mine is also digital that’s okay. Its already accepted by my employer and Service Canada for new SIN application. So we are good )

You don't have to be landed physically as a new PR, so you don't need the other copy. You've been virtually landed.

few of my friend landed virtually but got both copies. However, it’s completely fine

In that case, both should be in a single PDF(two separate pages). Maybe legacy systems are still issuing those out.

I think the same and yes it was in single PDF first page was IRCC copy and second one was client. I also called IRCC and confirm so not an issue.
