eCOPR not available for download

Hello, I've received an email from IRCC last week for both my wife and I saying that my application was approved and the eCOPR was available on the PR portal. When I logged in, I could download my wife's eCOPR but mine is still not available.
I called IRCC they said it's a glitch and gave me an email to ask for help. Sent the email last Friday and I'm still waiting. Did it happen with someone here? What should I do?

It was fixed after I sent the email. Took them 5 days to reply.

I have tried calling them but to no avail. Would request you to share the email address in which case they will be able to guide me to the concerned office.
