Hi there !
My husband and I sent our application together online back in September. He received his AOR today. Shortly after I received an email asking for more documents, apparently there was a gap between my passports (there wasn't) and I had to send a bio page. I checked the application again and I am 100% certain the whole period was covered but eh, you don't argue with immigration and send them what they ask for. My question is, where do I send the documents requested? They didn't provide any email and my online application doesn't give me the option to do so. I only have 60 days to do it so I want to make sure they receive it at the right place.
Also, maybe 2 minutes after I received that email, I received another one with the AOR. Is it normal? I thought you were not supposed to receive it until the file was complete.
Thanks !
Not even 2 months in and already stressing out

If you received the AOR right after, it most likely means the agent noticed he made a mistake and realized the file was complete after all. I think it's best to call them directly to confirm.

That was my guess but in doubt, I would rather send documents not needed than not doing it for a reason
I wasn't sure they would be able to give me info over the phone, if I call they can tell me where it's at and if it's really needed ?
