I have a question regarding my application.

Last February I missed my citizenship test which was scheduled in Vancouver (place where I lived in 2013) and had to send a letter explaining the reasons. By calling the contact centre I know they have received my later stating the reasons I missed the test, which I expect they will take for valid.
However, my situation now becomes somehow tricky because I have moved from Vancouver to the kootenays, and as far as I know the local office will be elsewhere, perhaps in a city called Castelgar (where I've heard some people presented their cic exam).

Does anyone know or could give me some hints if CIC will change my file to a new office, and how long this will take if the letter i sent is once approved for rescheduling. I did not wanted to move but my job forced me to do so.

How long can it take to reschedule a CIC test in these circumstances?!?!?!

1. There are only 2 Citizenship offices in BC, Vancouver and Surrey. All other areas are served by itinerant services. (not very often)
2. You missed the itinerant services in Castlegar, they were May 11-16.
