I got my per on DEC 30. Just i came to know that my husband missed one ( Visa refusal ) in background verification form. (So we need to update his and my background verification form)
What i can do now?
Since, my file is not transferred to VO ( NEw Delhi), where i can reach?

Hello,
I got your point RadhaLenin. You have an earlier visa refusal not stated on your form and received PER.
So what to do now is your question?
You need to send the updated forms and also quote ur old file no and write a covering letter stating the reason why you did not fill this info earlier to your visa office. Quote ur current UCI file no as reference on envelope and NOC code since u do not have the file no from visa office.
Do it at the earliest before the visa office starts processing and closes your file for misrepresentation.
