CORRECTION ON BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM AFTER RECEIVING PER MAIL

Good Day People,

Please how can one correct mistakes made on the background declaration form after receiving PER mail from CIC?

The error was genuinely made in the are visa refusal in other country.... a NO option was picked instead of YES and explanation on the reason.

Kindly assist as we need to know how to make this correction as soon as possible.
