Hello
I jus got a 5 years ban letter due to misrepresentation .And my whole family is living in canada.
My girl friend dump me because i am ban for canada .she’s from canada.
Its very difficult to live alone without you family .
I got letter because they said my employer letter is not genuine.
And my employer was my father.
So the suitation is from my side my employer letter was genuine. I already appealed in federal court .let see what happen.so my question is
My lawyer sent a fax to accept application for appeal.
how much time will federal court take to accept the application?

Yes now the point is how much time they will take to accept the application
Because i cannot trust on my consultant they always lied to me.even they told
Me after 50Days when they received ban letter.
Even i got ban because of my representation

You can't you have to wait the 5 years. Yes this happens to other couples.

The only possible way to remove this ban is through the federal court.

We were 3 candidates who had job offer ..from one employer
We 3 receive same letter on same day
With same mistake because of our representative
But still embassy didn’t use their brain who’s wrong there
