Mismatch in Siblings Passport/Birth certificate.

There is a mismtach in parents name in mine and my brothers passport and birth certificate.
For example. In my passport its “BharatKumar Purshottum Patel“ and my brothers passport its “Bharatbhai Patel“. Similary, there is a mismatch in mothers name too as fathers name is used in middle name for her.
will same person affidavit suffice ? Or there is any other solution to it ?
