My entire family is here in Toronto Canada, Me , MY wife; MY Son and My daughter (18 ) unfortunately my daughter ( three years old ) is born outside of Canada is still didn't get a Visa. we have finished DNA and different types of formality a very long time ago
I was applied since she was in a womb but still they keep asking me to wait her proof of citizenship, I already got ( AOR ) four months ago, my question is my daughter doesn't have any family member where she is, how long she has to stay without her family, ? who is responsible for such a matter ? Why they are not responding ( IRCC ). Do you think I will see my daughter? please help

Try your MP's office. I can't even figure out from your above what you applied under, what your status is, when you applied, etc.
