Mininum Hours Per Week Pastime or Full Time Job ?

Hi i have Confusion about My job:

I work in an organization 6 Days Per Week / 6 Hours Per Day / Total Of 36 Hours Per Week (8 Am To 2 PM)

After That I Attended My Classes From 5 PM To 9 PM (Evening ) Which is Clearly Mention on My Degree

So will My Job be Consider As A Part Time Or ( Full Time )

Kindly Please Explain It

Is it in Canada or outside? If it's outside it will be counted as full time as it's more than 30h a week.
