Hi experts
Is there a minimum wage requirement for CEC? According to my duties, I fall under NOC 2121, however, on job bank it says minimum wage for that NOC to be 28$ but I am paid 22$. Can that affect my CEC application?
Please consider that I do not need LMIA for my job as I am working on PGWP. I do not have or I am not claiming any points for arranged employment.
Thanks
No effect on your application.

Thanks. I went to a lawyer yesterday and he scared me saying that my wages are low and my CEC can be rejected for the purpose I mentioned

Hello,
I believe the MAIN requirement is that your duties matches the duties of the NOC code you are claiming for. I don't think there is a minimum wage requirement..seniors can throw in more light

Really...wow..where did he get that from?

Yes, Thanks.
He said that he needs to change a position of my job and a title and put it something else, because that will be better suited for my low wage. Thanks all for your advise!

Another question, Do I need to submit pay stubs of each month or just T4 and NOA is fine? Please suggest!
Secondly, If i do need pay stub, does it need to have information like hours? I am a semi salaried employee and It does not mention a number of hours. Though I plan to support that using a reference letter about my number of hours.
Thanks!
Pay stubs aren't mandatory but if you have them i'd suggest to submit a few of them.
I only submitted my 3 most recent pay stubs and didn't have any issues.
