Military record for visitor visa

Hi Folks ! I got a request for uploading military records recently. I applied for my in laws TRV in Sep 2023. Can some one confirm what all needs to be uploaded. What i understand from the request is the following are needed:
1. Form 0104e
2. MilPolGovtTable which is attached with their request,

Anything else which I am missing? Also, what`s the ETA after this submission?

Thanks again ! I applied on the IRCC portal not on GC Key. I raised the webform twice and called them up too. I believe they have put up an automated IVR on the call which asks to raise a webform ultimately. Do you have any number /ID where they reply or pick up the phone?

@Pdm_ca I received the request for military records. The letter mentions the table which needs to be filled and also form IMM 0104e. The table is fine but the form IMM 0104e does not open from their site. Any idea how to access that ? They gave just 10 days to reply back.

@Ankit003 The table would be in your parents GC account application with the request letter. I hope you have done that by now.

For me it is 22 months 2 weeks and still waiting!
Applied in India for visitor visa, retired government service.

what if IRCC holds the decision for another 2 years for mil/govt retd parents, what options do we have?

I applied for my parents visit visa In Jan’2024. In February, they asked details for my dads Military records.
Security screening in progress ever since. Been 8+ months now.
Meanwhile, some other family members (civilian) have received their visas in a months time.

Approached MP - they say unless emergency we cant do much as third party agencies are involved.
I wonder how long is one to wait in limbo like this.
US, UK, Australia and Schengen - no country i know of treats other countries military veterans like this. It is really disappointing on Canada’s part.
