Sorry, but I could not answer to you by the inbox, it says I am not allowed to send personal messages.
I am just wating for the VO to ask me to get the "informe de datos registrales", and I am planning to get the SPP certificate in Mexico city by a family member. I also have lots of question about this subject.
I will keep you update with my situation and any useful experince.

Officially, they will tell you it will take 60-90 BUSINESS days.
HOWEVER, it should take a lot less time (it takes the PGR 10 days to process it). My understanding is that the Embassy sends batches over pretty frequently so your file shouldn't be waiting to be submitted more than a couple weeks and then similarly to be post-processed once they get the results back from the PGR. So, I'd check with the Canadian Embassy in Mexico about 6-7 weeks after they received it to see whether they have forwarded the results to your processing VO.
Are they also processing the SSP certificate for you?
Thank you
No,the SSP I did it online I send all the imformation to the SSP office and they did it for me and the next day my sister she pick it up and send it to me by DHL
